GerberToPcb is operated by Belanubo (Germany). Contact: info@belanubo.net.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, optional display name, optional profile picture, hashed password, and optional phone number. The profile picture can only be set on this website.
- Published project files that you upload from the GerberToPcb desktop application, stored on a Hetzner Storage Box.
- Consent timestamps for the Terms of Use and this Privacy Notice.
- Security logs needed to keep the service running (for example sign-in attempts).
Why we use it
We process this data to create and maintain your account, send transactional email (registration and password reset), and keep the site secure. The legal bases are performance of a contract and legitimate interests in operating a safe service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies. Details are in the Cookie Notice.
Transactional mail is sent from info@belanubo.net through our hosting mail provider. We do not send marketing email unless you later opt in.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can download or delete your data from Account → Personal data. You may also request access, correction, restriction, or objection by emailing info@belanubo.net. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
International users
The service is intended for an international audience. We follow the same baseline as comparable maker sites: English notices, essential cookies only, and account tools for access and deletion. Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH.
